1. Cancellations

Clients may request cancellation by contacting us in writing.

If work has not started, cancellation may be approved.
2. Refunds

No refunds once the project or service has started.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Transaction and processing fees are non-refundable.
3. Milestone-Based Projects
For projects with milestones:

Completed milestones are non-refundable

Only unused portions may be considered for refund
4. Digital Services
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not applicable once delivery has begun.
