Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kris Scales Co, we value transparency and fairness.

1. Cancellations

  • Clients may request cancellation by contacting us in writing.

  • If work has not started, cancellation may be approved.

2. Refunds

  • No refunds once the project or service has started.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Transaction and processing fees are non-refundable.

3. Milestone-Based Projects

For projects with milestones:

  • Completed milestones are non-refundable

  • Only unused portions may be considered for refund

4. Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not applicable once delivery has begun.
